PRODUCT SUPPORT

All products are fully tested before leaving our factory. We do our best

to ensure many years of trouble free operation from our products

choosing some of the best components and assembly techniques, but

sometimes things can go wrong. If you have any technical problem,

please contact us directly and we will give you recommendations on

what to do first. If you need some spare parts we can supply proper

ones or give you our advice .

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defective materials

and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of

purchase. We will do an examination of the returned product under

our judgement to look for a manufacturing defect or a bad 3rd party

component that doesn’t work as it should or died before expected. 

We will replace defective parts and repair non working units under this

warranty when the defect occurs under normal installation and use -

provided the unit is returned to our lab via prepaid transportation with

a copy of the proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any

product that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or

improper installation. Before sending the unit please contact us for an

RMA number. The RMA number should be included on the return

label. This warranty is not transferable to a new owner should the

product change hands during the warranty period.

SHIPPING

When in stock, most items will usually ship within a week of receiving

the order. If there is an expected delay for any reason, we will contact

you and let you know the status of your order. An invoice will be

emailed when the products are shipped including tracking number

and insurance. We do our best to get reasonable shipping costs and

we charge only what the carrier charges us. We can consolidate orders

to save shipping costs.

PACKAGING.

Wherever possible we reuse materials for shipping i.e. bubble wrap,

cardboard, foam etc. This is in the interest of the environment. Please

reuse wherever possible.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options are Paypal , Credit card or Bank Transfer. For Paypal

and Credit card you can do it from our webpage. If you prefer Bank

Transfer option please contact us and we will give you the details.
